1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the K2 Milk mobile application K2 Milk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. CHANGES TO TERMS

PHE Enterprises Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. USE OF THE APP

3.1 License The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.

3.2 Restrictions You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer the App.

Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App.

Use the App to transmit any viruses, worms, or other harmful code.

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

4. USER CONTENT

4.1 Ownership You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App.

4.2 License By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the App and the Company's business.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lucknow Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
